Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

GR Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment authorization failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of health and nutrition supplements, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, especially if the packaging has been opened or tampered with.

Returns may only be accepted under the following conditions:
